Shipping Destinations

We currently ship all over the world. There are certain countries which we are not able to ship. If you add your shipping address to the checkout and it shows that we don't deliver there, it means we cannot ship to your location.

Order Processing & Handling

We strive to process your orders quickly and efficiently:

• Order Cutoff Time: All orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be processed the same business day. Orders received after this cutoff time will begin processing the following business day.
• Handling Time: Our handling and packaging process typically takes 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may require additional time.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to our Order Tracking page. You can easily track your shipment's journey and expected delivery date in real-time.

If your tracking information hasn’t updated within 48 hours, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

We take great care in packaging and shipping your items. However, if you encounter any issues with your shipment, we are here to help:
